THE SON - OWNERSHIP
Leaders are “Sons” of the House. They possess “ownership” over God’s House, Mission, and Vision.
THE REBEL - FAITH
Leaders are “Rebels” against the rulers of this world. They possess courage and “faith” and believe in who God says He is and what God says He’ll do.
THE WITNESS - CONFIDENCE
Leaders are “Witnesses” of God's works. They have “CONFIDENCE” because they’ve witnessed what God has done for them, around them, through them, and in them.
THE STORYTELLER - THANKSGIVING
Leaders are “Storytellers” who preserve and restore the memory of God’s salvation story. They do this by practicing the art and the discipline of “thanksgiving”. By recounting God’s deeds, they help us remember and give thanks, bringing into focus who God is and who we are in God.
THE PRIEST - COVENANT
Leaders are “priests” of God devoted and dedicated to keeping the “covenant” established by God. By embodying this commitment, they inspire and invite others to accept and live out the covenant Jesus offers them.
THE WORSHIPPER - RESOLVE
Leaders are "worshippers," declaring God as Creator and King. Their bold worship expels fear, and their quiet walk with God helps them resist cynicism as they “resolve” to obey God despite the risk and uncertain outcome.
THE SOLDIER - FOCUSED
Leaders are “SOLDIERS” in the Kingdom of God. Their battles are not against flesh and blood but against the powers, principalities, and passions of this world that seek to distract and derail God’s people from the mission given to them by Jesus Christ. “Focused” on the divine assignment for each season, they are part of local teams (churches) living selflessly and lightly, unburdened by worldly gain, embodying a clear, unwavering focus on advancing the Kingdom of God.
THE MONK - HUMBLE
Leaders are “Monks” in spirit, marked by humility and childlike faith. They are self-aware, recognizing their need for God’s guidance and the wisdom of others. Rather than seeking to impress or driven by the need to be heard, they offer a listening and learning presence that often blesses those around them. Grounded in humility, they invite counsel and seek wisdom, leaning not on their experience or expertise, but on God’s grace and the strength of their community.
THE INTERCESSOR - PRAY
Leaders are "intercessors," praying for God's will to be done on earth as it is in heaven. They live confidently because their lives are rooted in God's Word, Will, and Way. They pray with boldness, believing that God hears and desires to answer their prayers.
THE MARATHONER - PERSEVERES
Leaders are finishers. Like Joshua, they leave nothing undone, fueled by love for God. Vulnerable yet resilient, they draw strength from Him to persevere. With unwavering commitment, humility, and hearts deeply connected to God, true leaders rise to finish the marathon of faith.
